Beltrami County Court Report: March 10

The following cases were heard by Beltrami District Judge John Melbye: Matthew Jon Aus, 34, of Duluth was sentenced on Feb. 19 for felony domestic assault.

He must serve 12 months and one day at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility. Credit for time served is 129 days. He must pay a $50 fine and $10 in fees. Leanne Marie Pacheco, 35, of Red Lake was sentenced on Feb. 12 for gross misdemeanor check forgery. She must serve one year in jail, 335 days of which is stayed for two years. Credit for time served is 11 days. She was placed on two years supervised probation. She must pay a $500 and $10 in fees. Gary Emil Reich, 58, of Annandale was sentenced on Feb. 14 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 350 days of which is stayed for three years. He was placed on probation to the court for three years. He must pay a $250 and $10 in fees.
