The following cases were heard by Beltrami County District Judge Paul Benshoof on May 29:

Michael Andrew Cutbank, 20, of Cass Lake, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud.

He was sentenced to one year in jail with 310 days stayed for two years. He must serve 55 days in jail with credit given for 37 days served. He will undergo two years of supervised probation.

He must pay a $300 fine and $85 in fees.

Derek Richard Bluecoat, 31, of Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor domestic assault.

He must serve a year in jail, with credit given for 47 days served.

He must pay a $50 fine and $160 in fees.

The following cases were heard by Beltrami County District Judge Shari Schluchter on May 29:

Kyle Richard Dunn, 24, of Cass Lake, was sentenced for second-degree driving while impaired with two or more aggravating factors.

He was sentenced to one year in jail with 320 days stayed for four years. He must serve 45 days with credit given for six days served. He was placed on probation for four years.

He must pay or work off a $750 fine and pay $435 in fees.

Jeremy James Ross, 23, of Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud.

He was sentenced to one year in jail with 350 days stayed for two years. He must serve 15 days in jail. He was placed on probation for two years.

He must pay or work off a $500 and pay $160 in fees.

Jason Scott Miller, 37, of White Bear Lake, Minn., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI, refusal to submit to testing.

He was sentenced to one year in jail with 275 days stayed for four years. He must serve 90 days and was given credit for six days served. He was placed on probation for four years.

He must pay or work off a $500 fine and pay $160 in fees.

Adrianne Jolene Neadeau, 36, of Red Lake, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor giving a peace officer a false name or a name of another person.

She was sentenced to one year in jail with 355 days stayed for two years. She must serve 10 days.

She must pay or work off a $500 fine and pay $160 in fees.

She was placed on probation for two years. If she successfully completes probation, that will result in a dismissal of the conviction.

She must obtain a driver's license.
