In Beltrami County District Court before Judge John Melbye:

Tanner Daniel Johnson, 30, of Northome pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 9 for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for three years, three years of probation and pay a $750 fine.

Cole Douglas McIntyre, 26, of Horace, N.D., pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 9 for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve 10 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for three years, three years of probation and pay a $750 fine.

Paul Arthur Osborne, 41, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 9 for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve one year in jail, stayed for three years, three years of probation, and pay a $500 fine.

Kenneth Calvin Gitchel, 34, of Bemidji, was sentenced Jan. 9 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation - inimical to public safety.

He must serve one year in jail, stayed for two years, two years probation and pay a $500 fine, $250 of which is stayed until Jan. 9, 2014, should Gitchel obtain a valid driver's license within six months.

Robert James Johnson, 31, of Ponemah, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 9 for gross misdemeanor fourth-degree assault.

He must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, two years of supervised probation for two years and pay a $1,000 fine, $500 of which is stayed until Jan. 9, 2014.

Kyle Brennan Little, 23, of Redby, was sentenced Jan. 10 for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI.

He must commit to the Minnesota correctional facility in St. Cloud for one year and pay a $50 fine.

Paul John Sayers, 19, of Red Lake, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 9 for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI and misdemeanor give peace officer false name.

On the third-degree DWI charge, he must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentenced, stayed for three years, three years of probation and pay a $1,000 fine.

On the charge of giving a peace officer a false name, he must serve 30 days of a 90-day jail sentence, stayed for one year, one year of probation and pay a $150 fine.

Matthew Scott Lindner, 28, of Elk River, Minn., was sentenced Jan. 9 for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular homicide or operation.

He must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for six years. He is placed on supervised probation for six years and must pay a $1,000 fine.

In Beltrami County District Court before Judge Shari Schluchter:

Brenda Lynn Tarnow, 49, of Red Lake, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Dec. 30 to gross misdemeanor giving peace officer false name of another person and petty misdemeanor driving after revocation.

On the charge of giving peace officer false name of another person, she must serve 10 days on work release, if eligible, of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, two years of probation and must pay a $350 fine.

On the charge of driving after revocation, she must pay a $200 fine.

Brandon Joseph Rossbach, 27, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Dec. 21 to misdemeanor disorderly conduct in a public place and misdemeanor contempt of court.

On the charge of disorderly conduct, he must serve four days of a 90-day jail sentence, stayed for one year, with four days credited for time served, one year of probation and pay a $150 fine.

On the charge of contempt of court, he must serve 90 days in jail, stayed for one year, and one year of probation.

Daniel Keith Schoenborn, 23, of Redby, was sentenced on Jan. 17 for felony theft of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor fifth-degree assault.

On the theft of motor vehicle charge, he is placed on supervised probation for five years and must pay a $1,000 fine.

On the assault charge, he must write a letter of apology and must not use alcohol or controlled substances. He must serve 39 days of a 90-day jail sentence, with 39 days credited for time stayed, one year of supervised probation and pay a $50 fine.

Billy Joe White, 32, of Cass Lake, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 17 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation - inimical to public safety.

He must serve 45 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, two years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

Brent Esten Eggen, 32, of Bemidji, was sentenced Jan. 17 for felony domestic assault by strangulation.

He must pay restitution of $3,353.67, complete anger management and have no contact with the victim. He also must serve 30 days in jail with three days credit for time served, four years of supervised probation and pay a $750 fine.

Jerry Dean Gillum, 48, of Bemidji, was sentenced Jan. 17 for felony domestic assault by strangulation.

He is placed on probation to the court for two years.

In Beltrami County District Court before Judge Paul Benshoof:

Roger Wayne Johnson, 42, of Pennington, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Dec. 13 for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve 37 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for four years, four years of probation and pay a $400 fine.

Jeffrey Alan Hill, 45 of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 3 for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI.

He must serve 30 days on work release of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for four years, with four days credit for time served, four years of probation and pay a $750 fine.

Derek Lee Thunder, 31, of Redby, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 3 for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI; gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

On the charge of third-degree DWI, he must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for three years, three years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

On the charge of refusal to submit to chemical test, he must serve 15 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for three years, three years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

On the charge of disorderly conduct, he must serve 15 days of a 90-day jail sentence, stayed for one year, one year of probation and pay a $100 fine.

Frances Lynn Jack Dentz, 49, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 3 for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI.

She is to serve 45 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for four years, four years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

Sarah Louella Lussier, 30, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 3 for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI.

She must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for three years, with two days credit for time served, three years of probation and pay a $750 fine.

Dallas Wayne Smith, 40, of Rush City, Minn., was sentenced Jan. 10 for felony predatory offender - violating registration requirement.

He must commit to the Minnesota correctional facility in St. Cloud for 36 months, with 374 days credit for time served, and pay a $50 fine.

Dwight Leroy Lewis, 52, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 10 for gross misdemeanor DWI - refuse to submit to chemical test.

He must serve 10 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for three years, with two days credit for time served, serve three years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

Annmarie Kay Ruschmeier, 30, of Federal Dam, Minn., pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 10 for gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property.

She must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, with 10 days credit for time served, two years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

Malcom Martin Backstrom, 30, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 9 for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve 10 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, with three days credited for time served. He is placed on probation to the court for two years and must pay a $500 fine.

Timothy Paul Norton, 47, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 10 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation - inimical to public safety.

He must serve 10 days of a one-year jail sentenced, stayed for two years, with four days credit for time served, two years of probation and pay a $300 fine.

Michael Ray Terrill, 40, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Jan. 10 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation - inimical to public safety.

He must serve 106 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, with 106 days credit for time served, two years of probation and pay a $250 fine.
