The following cases were heard Aug. 13 by Beltrami County District Court Judge Shari Schluchter:

-- Pamela Dawn Stillday, 41, of Ponemah, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

She was sentenced to one year in jail with 344 days stayed for three years. She must serve 21 days on work release, if eligible, and was given credit for three days served. She was placed on probation for three years. She must pay or work off a $750 fine and pay $158 in fees.

-- Randi Renee Burris, 29, of Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI.

She was sentenced to one year in jail with 335 days stayed for three years. She must serve 30 days in jail and was given credit for three days served. She may serve her time on weekends. She was placed on probation for three years. She must pay a $1,000 fine and $83 in fees.

The following cases were heard Aug. 16-20 by Beltrami County District Court Judge Paul Benshoof:

-- John James Loeken, 24, of Pennington, was sentenced for felony fleeing police in a motor vehicle. He was given a stay of imposition; successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor conviction.

He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was given credit for one day served. He was placed on probation for four years. He must pay a $1,000 fine and $85 in fees.

-- Lisa Marie White, 32, of Minneapolis, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI.

She was sentenced to one year in jail with 350 days stayed for three years. She must serve 15 days on work release, if eligible, and was given credit for one day served. She may serve in another county if it is at no cost to Beltrami County. She was placed on probation for three years. She must pay a $500 fine and $185 in fees.

-- Nacole Ivabelle Petersen, 33, of St. Cloud, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor check forgery.

She was sentenced to one year in jail with 350 days stayed for two years. She must serve 15 days on work release, if eligible. She may serve in another county if it is at no cost to Beltrami County. She was placed on probation for two years. She must pay a $500 fine and $158 in fees.

-- Tiffany Annette Husbands, 19, of Baudette, was sentenced for a gross misdemeanor traffic violation – failure to stop or pass a school bus with a child present.

She was sentenced to 91 days in jail with the sentence stayed for two years. She was placed on probation for two years. She must pay a $500 fine and $160 in fees.

-- Audrey Dawn Lussier, 42, of Bemidji, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree drugs. She was given a stay of adjudication; successful completion of probation will result in a dismissal.

She must serve 69 in jail and was given credit for 46 days served. She was placed on supervised probation for five years. She must pay a $600 fine and $160 in fees.

-- Austin Alexander Carter, 19, of Bemidji, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree drugs. He was given a stay of adjudication; successful completion of probation will result in a dismissal.

He must serve 30 days in jail on work release, if eligible, and was given credit for three days served. He was placed on supervised probation for five years. He must pay $1,000 in court costs.

-- Diana Marie Jones, 23, of Deer River, was sentenced for felony theft. She was given a stay of imposition; successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor conviction.

She must serve 33 days in jail and was given credit for 22 days served. She was placed on supervised probation for five years. She must pay a $600 fine and $160 in fees.

-- Brent Allen White, 36, of Bemidji, was sentenced for a felony charge of being a felony predatory who knowingly violates the registration requirement or intentionally provides a false address.

He was sentenced to 24 months in prison and was given credit for 47 days served. He must pay a $50 fine and $160 in fees.

The following cases were heard Aug. 20-21 by Beltrami County District Court Judge Shari Schluchter:

-- John Albert Johnson, 40, of Cass Lake, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He was sentenced to one year in jail with 350 days stayed for three years. He must serve 15 days in jail on work release, if eligible, and was given credit for one day served. He was placed on probation for three years. He must pay or work off a $750 fine and pay $185 in fees.

-- Samantha Maude Lebeau, 34, of Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

She was sentenced to one year in jail with 350 days stayed for three years. She must serve 15 days in jail and was given credit for three days served. She was placed on probation for three years. She must pay or work off a $500 fine and pay $135 in fees.

-- Scott William Graveline, 51, of Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI.

He was sentenced to one year in jail with 275 days stayed for three years. He must serve 90 days on work release, if eligible, and was given credit for two days served. He was placed on probation for three years. He must pay a $1,000 fine and $160 in fees.
