The following cases were heard on April 1, 3 and 4 by Beltrami District Judge Shari Schlucter:

Frederick Theodore Littlewolf, 29, of Cass Lake was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation. He must serve one year in jail, 332 days of which are stayed for two years. He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $500 fine. Alan James Lussier, 25, of Red Lake was sentenced for felony second-degree burglary. He must serve 70 days in jail. He was placed on 10 years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine. Tressa Lee Bisonette, 37, of Cass Lake was sentenced for gross misdemeanor child neglect. She must serve one year in jail, 320 days of which are stayed for two years. Credit for time served is 12 days. She was placed on two years probation and must pay a $500 fine. Deanne Florence Cloud, 28, of Walker was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. She must serve one year in jail, 317 days of which are stayed for three years. Credit for time served is 32 days. She was placed on three years probation and must pay a $500 fine. Chad Allen Kuebelbeck, 27, of Bemidji was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 350 days of which are stayed for two years. Credit for time served is one day. He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $750 fine. Kevin Wayne Mountain, 50, of Hopkins was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 335 days of which are stayed for three years. Credit for time served is two days. He was placed on three years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine. Daryl Lee Bohn, 49, of Wilton was sentenced for being a felon in possession of a firearm. A sentence of 60 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility was stayed for 15 years. He must serve 90 days in jail. Credit for time served is four days. He was placed on 15 years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine. Gregory Patrick Ramey, 60, of Bemidji was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 320 days of which are stayed for four years. Credit for time served is three days. He was placed on four years probation and must pay a $250 fine. Gary Gene Miettinen Sr., 55, of Cass Lake was sentenced for felony fifth-degree marijuana possession. A sentenced of 13 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility was stayed for 10 years. He must serve 180 days in jail. He was placed on 10 years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine. Maria Mae Fairbanks, 36, of Bemidji was sentenced for felony fifth-degree methamphetamine possession. She must serve 30 days in jail. She was placed on five years probation, successful completion of which will result in a dismissal of the charge. Aaron Michael Thomas, 24, of Bemidji was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 335 days of which are stayed for three years. Credit for time served is five days. He was placed on three years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine. Michael Aaron Johnson, 35, of Blackduck was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 335 days of which are stayed for three years. He was placed on three years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine. Troy Timothy Cooper, 40, of Cass Lake was sentenced for felony possession of burglary tools. He must serve 30 days in jail. He was placed on four years probation, successful completion of which will result in a dismissal of the charge. He must pay a $500 fine. Amber Jean Pond, 26, of Pinewood was sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process. She must serve one year in jail, 335 days of which are stayed for two years. She was placed on two years probation and must pay a $500 fine. Cory J. Walter Jones, 24, of Cass Lake was sentenced for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must serve one year in jail. The following case was heard on April 3 by Beltrami District Judge John Melbye: Ryan John Norquist, 26, of Baudette was sentenced for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 275 days of which are stayed for four years. Credit for time served is eight days. He was placed on four years probation and must pay a $750 fine.
