The following case was heard by Beltrami County District Judge John Melbye on April 2:

Richard Neil OBrien, 49, of Cass Lake, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety and second-degree DWI refusal to submit to a chemical test, both gross misdemeanors.

He must serve 90 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for four years, with five days credited for time served, four years of probation and pay $1,250 in fines.

Sidney Allan Stebakken, 57, of Baudette, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.

He must serve 10 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, with three days credited for time served, two years of probation and pay a $750 fine.

Rodney Thomas Morris, 43, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.

He must serve one year in jail, stayed for two years, two years of probation and pay a $750 fine.

Kimberly Carmen Cordova, 47, of Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI refusal to submit to a chemical test.

She must complete an alcohol assessment within 45 days, serve 10 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for three years, with three days credited for time served, three years of probation and pay a $750 fine.

Michael Joseph Roy, 22, of Bemidji, was sentenced for felony fourth-degree harming a peace officer and misdemeanor fourth-degree damage to property.

He must serve 13 months in a state correctional facility in St. Cloud with 132 days credited for time served.

Jessica Amber Day, 23, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty to felony check forgery.

Her sentencing is set for May 14.

Ronald Joseph Staples, 26, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty for felony escape from custody.

His sentencing is set for May 7.

Sabin Mitchell Myhra, 20, of Bemidji, was sentenced for felony theft by swindle.

He must pay $691 in restitution, serve 77 days in jail with 77 days credited for time served, five years of supervised probation and pay a $1,000 fine.

The following cases were handled by Beltrami County District Judge Shari Schluchter from April 4-11:

Kallie Jo Hannu, 31, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty to felony receiving stolen property.

Her sentencing is set for April 30.

Richard David Vigil, 25, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree assault and domestic assault, both felonies.

His sentencing is set for May 21.

Loni Denise Sayers, 30, of Red Lake, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor giving a peace officer a false name.

She must serve 90 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, two years of probation and pay a $250 fine.

Jessy James Platt, 21, of Bemidji, was sentenced for domestic assault and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, both felonies, and misdemeanor domestic assault.

He must serve 90 days in jail, stayed for two years, with 42 days credited for time served, five years of supervised probation, complete an anger management or domestic violence program, complete a chemical assessment and pay $2,200 in fines.

Robert Elwood Reynolds IV, 38, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve 15 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for four years, with two days credited for time served, four years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

Derek Joseph Siddens, 38, of Red Lake, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI.

He must serve 45 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for four years, with 17 days credited for time serve, four years of probation, complete a chemical assessment within 60 days from release, and pay a $900 fine.

Merrillee Jan Strong, 40, of Redby, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI.

She must serve 45 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for four years, with 27 days credited for time served, four years of probation, complete a chemical assessment by July 2, 2012, and pay a $900 fine.

Lora Jean Lemay, 46, of Cass Lake, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.

She must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, with 13 days credited for time served, two years of probation and pay a $750 fine.

Cindy Kay Hanson, 47, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process.

She must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, two years of probation and pay a $250 fine.

Lawrence Dean Hart, 21, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for giving a peace officer a false name and theft, both gross misdemeanors.

He must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, two years of probation and pay a $300 in fines.

The following cases were handled by Beltrami County District Judge Paul Benshoof April 3 and 4:

Donita Joy McArthur, 25, of Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

She must complete an alcohol assessment before June 15, not be in possession of alcohol or drugs at her place of residence, serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for three years, with three days credited for time served, three years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

Richard Lee Oien, 45, of Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI.

He must complete an alcohol assessment within one month of being released from custody, serve 90 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for four years, with two days credited for time served, four years of supervised probation and pay a $750 fine.

Kenneth Lee Herman, 58, of Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve 21 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for four years, with two days credited for time served, four years of probation and pay a $500 fine. He will be granted furlough for treatment.

Nicole Star Dunn, 31, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty to felony credit card fraud.

Her sentencing is set for May 7.

Carl Francis Fairbanks Jr., 23, of Redby, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

He must take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, notify the Department of Corrections within 24 hours of being prescribed new medication, serve 42 days in jail, with 28 days credited for time served, five years of supervised probation and pay a $1,000 fine.

Dean Kelly Cluff, 47, of Wilton, was sentenced for felony bigamy.

He must serve one month and 12 days of probation.

Ashley Jean Weyaus, 25, of Bemidji pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft.

She must pay restitution, serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for two years, with five days credited for time served, two years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

Teri Elizabeth Nordquist, 44, of Bemidji, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

She must complete an alcohol assessment on or before May 15, serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for three years, with three days credited for time served, three years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

Lynn Marie Allen, 26, of Cass Lake, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI.

She must serve 30 days of a one-year jail sentence, stayed for four years, with three days credited for time served, four years of probation and pay a $500 fine.

Pamela Louise Fisherman, 32, of Bemidji, was sentenced for two counts of gross misdemeanor neglect or endangerment of a child.

She must serve one year of probation.
