Beltrami County Court Report

The following cases were heard Nov. 13 by Beltrami County District Court Judge Paul Benshoof:

-- Kimberly Dale Oxford, 27, of Cass Lake, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process.
She was sentenced to one year in jail, with 335 days stayed for two years. She was given 13 days credit for time served. She was placed on supervised probation for two years. She must pay or work off a $300 fine and pay $160 in fees.
-- Christopher Curt Ringdahl, 36, of Aitkin, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI refusal to submit to a chemical test.
He was sentenced to one year in jail, with 350 days stayed for three years. He was given three days credit for time served. He may serve in another county if at no expense to Beltrami County. He was placed on probation for three years. He must pay or work off a $250 fine and pay $435 in fees.
