The meeting begins at 2 p.m. at the Beltrami County Administration Building.

According to the agenda packet, 713 miles of roadway are proposed to be improved throughout the 5-year TIP.

There are two types of roadways under the county's control: County State Aid Highways and county roads.

Portions of funds for CSAH repairs come from the state of the Minnesota. Beltrami County receives about $2.6 million a year from the state for road repair. For county roads, the budget is around $700,000 a year.

Of the 713 miles, 373 miles are paved CSAH roads, 93 are gravel CSAH roads, 20 are paved county roads and 227 are gravel county roads.

Also on the agenda for the meeting is a review of the revised fee schedule.

Commissioners are expected to set a public hearing for both discussion items.
