Beavers-Michigan game to be televised on tape-delayed basis
Bemidji State's NCAA Midwest Regional semifinal against Michigan is scheduled to be televised on ESPN-U, but only on a tape-delayed basis Saturday night at 10:30.
The game is not scheduled to be televised live locally. ESPN will syndicate the game, but there has been no indication that another network will pick up syndication rights so it can be seen live locally.
The game will be broadcast live on Mix 103.7 FM radio and on PBTV Channel 974. Brian Schultz along with Paul Bunyan Telephone's own Brian Bissonette will be in Fort Wayne to provide live local play-by-play coverage of the Beavers at the Midwest Regional.
If they Beavers win, they will play the winner of the Alabama-Huntsville/Miami (Ohio) game on Sunday at 6 p.m. CST. This game is scheduled to be televised live locally on ESPN-U.
ESPN-U is part of the PBTV Extra package and this will have to be added to your service by Saturday at 2 p.m. in order to watch the games. PBTV Extra includes ESPN-U and over 20 additional channels and the cost is $9.99 per month with a one month minimum subscription required.
ESPN U is on PBTV Channel 54. You MUST have PBTV Extra as part of your service to watch the game on ESPN-U.
