BEMIDJI — A second-consecutive trip to Division I Northern Iowa highlights Bemidji State’s 2014-15 schedule, which was released Monday by BSU head coach Mike Boschee.

BSU is scheduled to play four nonconference home games in addition to the exhibition contest, and will also play the usual 22-game Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference schedule this coming season.

The Beavers open the season Nov. 9 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, to play the play the perennial Missouri Valley Conference contenders. The game is a rematch from last season, when BSU hung with the Panthers in the first half and trailed just 26-23 at halftime before Northern Iowa pulled away for a 71-48 victory.

After that, BSU will return home for four straight nonconference games against Division III and NAIA competition.

BSU hosts D-III Crown College on Nov. 14, then takes on a pair of NAIA teams in Mayville State and Viterbo on Nov. 21 and 22, respectively before hosting D-III Minnesota-Morris in its final nonconference game Nov. 25.
