Barrett keeps a close watch during Operation K.I.D.

Mary Voss, public health nurse with Beltrami County Public Health, swabs for DNA in the mouth of 1-year-old Barrett, who attended Operation K.I.D. Saturday at the Paul Bunyan Mall with his brother, Aaron, 5, mother, Amanda Norgaard, and Joe Phillips. Parents took their children's DNA samples home with them for storage. Operation K.I.D. was sponsored by the R.P. Broadcasting radio stations of Real Country 98.3, Mix 103.7, Talk Radio 1360 and 92.1 The River; Paul Bunyan Television and the mall.
