Thirty-eight-year-old Ronald Quiceno is charged in Becker County with second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder.

The complaint alleges Quiceno fatally shot 23-year-old Travis Buckanaga after an argument. A witness saw Buckanaga punch Quiceno in the jaw. Quiceno left the home and began arguing again with Buckanaga when he returned. The witness says the suspect reached behind his back, pulled out a revolver and began shooting.

Buckanaga was pronounced dead at a hospital. Another man, 26-year-old Barris Guy, was treated for a gunshot to his neck.

Bail was set Tuesday at $2 million without conditions.

Defense attorney Simon George says he just got the case and doesn't know yet how Quiceno will plead.
