Arts Council to host Legacy funding forum
A new bill to divert $200 million away from Arts Legacy funds over the course of seven years toward renovation of the state capitol is being proposed in the Minnesota House of Representatives. The Region 2 Arts Council will host an advocacy forum pertaining to this bill.
From 4-5 p.m. March 25, artists and arts appreciators will gather at the Helga Township Community Center to meet with Rep. Larry Howes, R-Walker, and speak against the bill.
