Area residents take part in walk to end Alzheimer's Disease

More than 40 people took steps to end Alzheimer's Disease by participating in the Alzheimer's Awareness Walk in the rain on Saturday morning. The walk was sponsored by the Alzheimer's Association to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care, support and research. The three-mile walk was in memory of Honorary Chair Marvel Wintersteen.
