Prosecutors say Elizabeth Moorman failed to call police when discovering injuries to her son Devin inflicted by her boyfriend in September 2011. That man, Tony Urban, is serving a 15-year sentence for the boy's death.

KSTP-TV says Moorman pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter in Anoka County District Court Wednesday. The 41-year-old Moorman apologized in court and told the judge her addiction to pills clouded her judgment.
