Ann Marie Tabery, 74, of Park Rapids, and formerly of Wadena, died Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Park Rapids.
She was born April 22, 1933 to Anthony and Ida (Sydow) Tabery in Wadena.
She moved to Park Rapids in 1978 and was employed at the Hubbard County DAC where she wove rugs. Her daily goal was to weave 100 inches and it was not unusual for her to meet that goal. In 1998, she received an award for 20 years of Outstanding Employment at the DAC. Other work sites were the Bearly Used Thrift Store and Hubbard County Recycling. She retired in 2002.
She was active in release time at St. Peter's Catholic Church. She was also a volun-teer with Wholesome Harvest.
Surviving are her brothers, Bernard of Crystal and Jerome of Minneapolis; sister, Kather-ine Herron of St. Michael; and special friends, Pam Wagner, Fran Listen and Evelyn Buehner.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Martin and Art, and sister, Agnes.
Funeral: Friday, April 18 at Cease Funeral Home in Park Rapids with Father Dennis Wieland officiating.
Interment: Calvary Ceme-tery in Wadena.
