Thursday's action continued with the 7 p.m. draw but, because of the storm, the Pioneer's deadline was moved ahead for the safety of the route drivers. Consequently, results of the late draw were not available at press time.

Thursday afternoon the team skipped by Trevor Andrews, which includes Ben Wilson, Nic Wagner and Mark Fenner, cruised to a 13-1 win over Tayler Ausen's rink.

Aaron Wald's team, which includes Josh Bahr of Bemidji, also won in Thursday's opening draw as it bounced the Eric Johannsen rink of Bemidji 15-7.

Bahr plays with Wald, Jerod Zezel and John Muller while joining Eric Johannsen are Micah Johnson, Joel Johannsen and Brian Oakes.

Thursday's other early draw results saw Tony Wright edge Joah Johnson-Fiskness 8-5 and Tyler Runing stop William Howieson 7-4.

In the women's junior division the team skipped by Rachel Humeniuk of Bemidji fell 13-3 to Cory Christensen and Miranda Solem toppled Courtney Osbakken 13-5.
