Bemidji Aerials gymnast Kylei Grosfield scored 35.425 points at Crowley's Winter Challenge meet in St. Paul on Saturday to qualify for the Level 7 state meet.
Grosfield scored 9.0 for second place on the vault, 8.75 for second place on the uneven parallel bars, 8.975 for third place on the balance beam, 8.7 for second place on the floor exercise, and finished in first place in the all around. The qualifying score for level 7 is 35 points.
On Saturday and Sunday all of the Aerials competitive levels (4-8) will take part at the TNT Winter Challenge in Fargo. The level 7 and 8 state meet will take place at the end of March.

Brittney Beck received 8.775 on the vault, 6.4 on the bars, 7.75 on the beam, and 8.0 on the floor for a 30.95 all around score.
Kayla Hennum hit 8.6 on the vault, 5.35 on the bars, 8.8 for second place on the beam, and 8.15 on the floor, for a 30.9 all around total.
Hannah Gregg scored 8.425 on the vault, 7.2 on the bars, 9.05 for fifth place on the beam, and 8.1 on the floor for a 32.775 in the all around. Gregg finished within one point of the level 8 qualifying mark of 33.5.
Haley Gregg received 8.45 on the vault, 7.2 on the bars, 7.65 on the beam, and 8.25 on the floor for a 31.55 all around sum.
Alyssa Allen hit 8.5 on the vault, 7.6 on the bars, 7.8 on the beam, and 7.0 on the floor for a 30.9 all around score.
Amber Peterson earned 8.35 on the vault, 6.05 on the bars, 8.2 on the beam, and 7.2on the floor for a 29.775 all around total.
