2 injured after small plane crash near Wanamingo

WANAMINGO, Minn. (AP) — Two people are injured after the crash of an ultralight plane near Wanamingo.

According to the Goodhue County Sheriff's Office, the aircraft crashed into a corn field after takeoff Sunday evening. The two aboard were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Post-Bulletin of Rochester reports (http://bit.ly/SGvadM) the Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
