18-year-old rolls record 856 series in Bemidji summer league
Eric Howe rolled a perfect game and posted an 856 series, the highest ever in Bemidji Men's Bowling Association league play, Monday night at Bemidji Bowl.
Howe, 18, opened the night with a 300 game, then followed with back-to-back 278 games. He was bowling in the Peterson Point Singles League.
During the regular season, Howe bowls in the Commercial League on Wednesday nights and the City League on Tuesday nights. He bowled in the Bemidji Junior League from age 8-16.
