ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A St. Paul police officer under investigation for possible brutality has just a single disciplinary action in his personnel file since joining the force in 2009.

Jesse Zilge was given an oral reprimand for improper procedure. But police files made public Thursday didn't include details of what led to the reprimand.

Zilge's file also included seven commendations, including two letters of recognition from Chief Thomas Smith. No details were available on those, either.

A citizen video made public Wednesday showed Zilge kicking a man as he lay on the ground while being arrested Tuesday evening. He's been put on paid administrative leave.
