BEMIDJI -- St. Philip's Catholic School in Bemidji on Thursday celebrated a recent fundraiser in which $19,405 was raised by students. The campaign had been ongoing since Jan. 12, and the funds were raised through the sale $5 raffle tickets. St Philip's was one of 84 schools in Minnesota and the Dakotas to take part in the Catholic Schools Raffle, which was sponsored by Catholic United Financial. As a reward, students were able to have a little "pie-in-the-face" fun with school administrators.
