Harmony to hold gluten-free baking class

BEMIDJI -- Harmony Natural Foods Co-op will present a gluten-free baking class on Monday, March 12, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Co-op community kitchen. The special guest chef is Malisa Van Maasdam of A Grain of Good. Pre-registration is required either on the Harmony website or in store at the customer service desk.
