Sanford Bagley adds SilverSneakers

BAGLEY – Sanford Bagley Medical Center is partnering with the national Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness Program, offering older adults a way to increase their levels of physical activity while motivating them to remain active.

SilverSneakers, a national exercise program designed exclusively for older adults, is available at little or no additional cost beyond any monthly premium to eligible Medicare health plan and group retiree members.

Sanford Bagley is part of 10,000 SilverSneakers participating locations across the country. The locations offer the SilverSneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Movement class as well as additional older adult classes helping their members to stay physically healthy while being social.
