DiAnn Frenzel retires from Deerwood Bank
DiAnn Frenzel, manager of Deerwood Bank's Northome office, has retired after 44 years in the banking business.
Frenzel started at Northland Community Bank in 1966. She played a significant role in transitioning the business to Deerwood Bank in 2005.
"DiAnn's 44 years of service is unprecedented in today's world and a testament to DiAnn's hard work, loyalty and commitment," said John Ohlin, Deerwood Bank president.
Frenzel is a valued member of the Deerwood Bank family and her years of commitment to the company, the community and her staff have been exceptional, Ohlin said.
"I am happy for DiAnn as she turns this chapter in her life and has the opportunity to enjoy life after banking," he said.
Deerwood Bank, founded in 1910, has nine locations in Northern Minnesota, including Northome, Blackduck, Littlefork, Bemidji, Baxter, Brainerd, Deerwood, Garrison and Grand Rapids.
