Paul Bunyan Communications returns $2.6 million to members
BEMIDJI -- Paul Bunyan Communications will return more than $2.6 million to members through its 2013 Capital Credit return, the company announced Thursday.
Paul Bunyan Telephone Cooperative has mailed checks to members representing 75 percent of capital credits earned in 2000 and 20 percent of capital credits earned in 2012. Subscribers who were a member in those years and accrued more than $10 total in capital credits should receive a check in the next few days.
As a cooperative, Paul Bunyan Communications is owned by the members it serves. Membership is established by subscribing to one line of local telephone service.
If you were a member in 2000 and/or 2012 and accrued more than $10 in total capital credit allocations, but do not receive a check by Sept. 28, contact Paul Bunyan Communications at 444-1234 or 999-1234.
